Private by design
Certificates are generated in your browser with open-source PDF tools. Your spreadsheet isn't uploaded anywhere unless you turn on online verification for a batch.
QR verification codes
Every certificate gets a unique ID and an optional QR code. On Pro, the code opens a certsheet.com page confirming the certificate is genuine. Revoke a batch any time.
Names that fit
Long names shrink automatically to fit the space, and accented names like Ñúñez or O’Brien render correctly in all four bundled font families.
Your wording, per row
Fixed text can pull from any column, so “has completed {Course} on {Date}” works across a mixed list of courses.
Files named for people
Each PDF is named after its recipient, like Andre Williams.pdf, so sending them out by email is straightforward.
Print or email
Use the combined PDF to print every certificate in one go, or the individual PDFs to send each person their own.
Simple pricing
Free makes up to 20 certificates per batch with every feature except online verification, and adds a small “Made with CertSheet” line at the foot of each page. Pro is US$12 a month or US$99 a year for up to 1,000 per batch, no footer and online verification. Running a single event? The Event Pass is US$19 once for 7 days of Pro, with no subscription.
